Advocates should avoid personal criticism, abusive language, or conduct that may harm the reputation or dignity of another advocate.
They must act with honesty and fairness in all professional dealings, ensuring that competition remains ethical and that the profession’s honour and unity are preserved.
Respect for colleagues, both in and outside the courtroom, reflects the true spirit of the legal fraternity.
